Webcomics

Post by Alex Steiner on Sat Jul 24, 2010 5:48 pm

I just stumbled across Dead Winter, and that's what I'm reading at the moment.

xkcd is always good. What about you?

i love looking for group, xkcd, and questionable content.
i also love anders loves maria, but that's finished now, dammit! i cried at the end. don't laugh.
i read this one called the dreamer, but that's a romance, so i don't think you guys will like it!
and i recently found one called so far apart.
oh, and the first one of random acts of minor chaos is funny.

Very Happy

I follow Cyanide and Happiness, xkcd and Questionable Content.

Dead Winter is zombie holocaust, but elements of humour.

vgcats, penny arcade are another few that I check occasionally.

It is blocked.

Funnily enough, that's the same reason as why I don't really read webcomics.

No, it's more song lyrics...he's always doing that.

He was bored in an exam, so he used his calculator to painstakingly record the lyrics (from memory) of "Black Parade".

A very long program.

We're doing Macbeth.

ah. what song?
mine's song lyrics too - 'reading time with pickle' by regina spektor - so i guess we're both cool.
i don't remember all the lyrics to 'black parade'
however, i know all the lyrics to 'bohemian rhapsody' which is infinitely cooler.
speaking of infinitely cool: macbeth. best shakespeare play ever. Razz

I was Macduff today for the end of the play ... and Alex was Shakespeare.

The song is actually 'Welcome to the Black Parade' by My Chemical Romance.

My sig is from 'The Sharpest Lives', also by MCR.

It's fun to serenade D'Arcy ... and pass notes with it written one ... and put it at the top of official debating pages!

i love macduff at the end of the play.
'turn, hellhound, turn.'
'i have no words for thee. my voice is in my sword. thou bloodier villian than terms can give thee out!'
*swoon*
um.
is that your favourite song in the world, overlord? Razz

I am obliged to mention that this is the webcomics thread, and if you want to make a "Macbeth" thread, you are free to do so. Staying on topic is a habit worth getting into Wink

I don't know how you can remember it...(although I've only read it once, and I'm not trying to remember it).

I need to update my list:
I follow QC (gotta love Hanners), VGCats, Super Effective, xkcd, C&H, SMBC, Dead Winter and Penny Arcade as a shortlist. That's not all, but it's all I'm willing to put in this thread Razz .

I also read whatever I'm pointed at.
